We honor returns within 60 days, with no harm or stain to the product. A form is included with every shipped order for your convenience. Return shipping is not covered, however, you will be refunded your entire order, including original shipping order costs. If harm to the product was obtained during shipment, please make that clear on the return form. Exchanges as well as refunds are available.
We love special requests! Please just email us at hello@kitchenclothesshop.com to inquire about what you'd like to see, and we'll correspond with ideas, fabrics, dimensions, etc. until we come up with a fair price. Please allow between 1 and 4 weeks for completion.
Our products change regularly. We like coming up with new designs, our fabrics change, and we find it helpful to change with the seasons. Additionally, we only make so much of a certain product — depending on fabric availability and how many items we forsee selling. Typically, once a product in a certain fabric sells out, we're out of it!
Shipping is calcuated based on where you live and how many items you order. If you live within the United States,
- One item shipping: $5
- Next five items: $3 each
- Next ten items: $2 each
- Anything above that: free!
if you live outside the United States,
- One item shipping: $10
- Next five items: $5 each
- Next ten items: $2 each
- Anything above that: free!
If you add an item to your cart, below the list of items you can choose either United States or International from a drop down menu. Then click "Recalculate" below that and the order will reflect your shipping charges. You can always then return to shopping, add or subtract items from your list.
You can ship to different locations, but we will need you to include that in the "special requests/questions" line in your shopping cart. We will need which items you would like to go to the "primary" address (the one you enter into the form when asked for your shipping address) and which items you would like to go to your "secondary" address, which we'll need you to include in the "special requests/questions" line as well. Also, please make sure your email address is correct so that if we need any clarification or conformation we can get ahold of you!
You can expect your order generally within 7-10 work days if you live within the United States, and 10-15 days if you live outside. We process all orders and get them shipped out within 3 business days, and so after that it's left up to the postal service!
